MPD Welding Inc. is a tool and die welding company that was founded in order to serve the tool and die industry and all related manufacturing components.
We opened the doors to a 3,500 sq. ft facility in 1974 with a workforce of six employees. Today, we have grown into a 14,000 square foot facility in Orion, Michigan and employ over 40 skilled technicians. Every member of the MPD Welding Family receives extensive internal training in order to perform the highest quality of work. Our strict quality standards have made us the standard in the welding industry.
We are a full-service, one-stop facility that can meet all of your welding and surface treatment needs. We offer Die Welding, Die Repair, Brazing, Laser Welding, CVD & PVD Coatings, Ion Nitriding, Chrome Plating, Induction & Flame Hardening, Stress Relieving, Fabricating and an exclusive line of Welding Alloys.
Through the expansion of MPD Ltd. in Windsor, Ontario, and the acquisition of Rayco Welding, we’re equipped to provide a full line of products and services to our customers in the US, Canada and Mexico.
