Our knowledgeable, experienced staff can repair, heat treat, surface treat and finish your tools to a “press-ready” surface condition. This eliminates the need for multiple shipments, and dramatically reduces down-time and transportation costs.

You cannot expect surface treatments to perform well when clearances are too tight, tooling is too soft and surface finishes are too rough. Geometry, hardness, metallurgy and surface finish are critical factors that impact and ensure superior surface treatment performance. Surface Treatments are expensive, and must be done properly in order to maximize production life and your budget. In order to verify and ensure that proper die clearances are established, it is necessary for us to have an open line of communication with our customers. Inspection, survey and recommendations related to geometry must be completed and verified by production in the home press prior to commitment for coating.
